Understanding, accessing, and using emotional intelligence to facilitate positive change is the driving force behind my story. For the past two decades, I have been a Leadership and Organizational Development specialist, and I believe that the ability to influence and communicate in a way that inspires others is the key to business and personal success.
I also believe that people and organizations have untapped potential to grow and change. I have been driven by a curiosity to understand what makes people tick and a desire to help others achieve their maximum potential.
I received my M.S. Ed. in Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania, and I have devoted my career to helping people find ways to leverage their talents by developing and improving their emotional intelligence.
Early in my career I was a system’s therapist and advocate for families and children; following by fourteen years of working with people and organizations in the Employee Assistance field. I parlayed my earlier experiences into owning my own executive coaching consulting business as a trusted advisor to fortune 500 companies before forming C.i Squared with business partner, John Geraci.
Regardless with whom I have worked, I have seen that increasing one’s emotional intelligence leads to greater success, both personally and professionally, and is a key differentiator in talent and leadership development. Witnessing others grow and harness untapped potential has been incredibly rewarding throughout my twenty-nine-year career.
